Introduction
This article provides the process for submitting an IT support ticket using the TeamDynamix (TDX) client portal. Users can follow these instructions to navigate the Service Catalog, locate the appropriate service, and submit a request to the IT department.
Details
To submit a support ticket in TeamDynamix, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the TDX Client Portal
- From MyPima, search for IT Service Desk, or navigate directly to service.pima.edu
- If you are not automatically signed in, select the Sign In option located in the top right corner of the page, and enter your account credentials.

- Select a Service Category
- Review the available categories and select the one most relevant to the specific problem or request.

- Choose the Specific Service
- Review the list of incident or request types within that category, and select the specific service name needed. A page will open displaying a brief summary of the service and any associated knowledge base articles.

- Request the Service
- Select the blue button on the right side of the page, typically labeled Request.
- Fill Out the Ticket Form
- Complete the ticket form by providing as much detail about the issue as possible. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed to proceed.

- Submit the Request
- Select the blue Submit button located at the bottom of the form to finalize the submission.
- Review the Confirmation
- The portal will display a confirmation screen. From the confirmation screen, users can choose to view the details of the newly created ticket or submit another request of the same type.
