This guide provides step-by-step instructions for checking the completion status of NINJIO training among your team members in My Career Center. By following these steps, supervisors can generate and export reports to track progress, ensure compliance, and identify areas where additional training may be needed.

Instructions

Follow the steps below to access the training report, filter for NINJIO course completion, and export the results for easy review and analysis:

  1. Access My Career Center
  2. Navigate to Reports
    • Click on the "Reports" tab located in the main navigation.
    • Select "Standard Reports" from the dropdown options.
      MCC > Reports > Standard Reports
  3. Open the Training Progress Report
    • Locate and click on "Training Progress Pie Chart" to access this specific report.

  4. Filter for NINJIO Training
    • In the "Training Type" section, deselect all checkboxes except for "Material" to display only NINJIO-related training.

    • In the "Training Title" field, enter "Ninjio" to search for this specific training module.

    • Optional: To control the range of staff included in the report, use the "Include Indirect Subordinates" option:
      • Unchecked if you only need direct reports.
      • Checked to include indirect reports as well.
  5. Run and Review the Report
    • Click "Search" to generate the report with the specified filters.

  6. Export the Report to Excel
    • Select "Export to Excel" to download the data, enabling you to sort, filter, and analyze the training completion details in Excel.
