Introduction
To help keep the College secure from cyberattacks, the IT Department has partnered with NINJIO to deliver cybersecurity awareness training in a fun and entertaining format. As part of this partnership, NINJIO releases animated story-based episodes designed to educate us on cybersecurity.
It is important to note that these emails should NOT be forwarded to colleagues – they are unique to the individual. If you need your enrollment email re-issued, please contact support@ninjio.com.
Each episode is followed by a brief quiz. When you have completed your training, be sure to click the Exit button to properly complete the course.

Questions
Can I view older Ninjio training videos if I missed them due to being newly hired, taking time off, being away from the college, or to refresh my memory?
- You are required to view Ninjio trainings only when you are an active employee of the college. Previous trainings can be viewed using the link in the initial email or in the Outstanding Episodes section of the "Personal learner summary report" email from Ninjio.
How often will we receive new Ninjio training?
- You will receive new Ninjio training emails monthly on the first Tuesday of the month.
What should I do if I receive an error when accessing Ninjio training videos?
- Contact the IT Service Desk at 520-206-4900. The IT Service Desk will notify the IT Security team, who can work with Ninjio to resolve the issue.
