Accessing Student Email
To access your student email account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Gmail login page.
- Enter your student email address, in the following format:
- Select the Next button, to be redirected to the MyPima Login Page.
- Enter your Pima username and password, then select Login. You will then be redirected to your Inbox.
Common Email Access Issues
For each of the issues below, ensure you have activated your MyPima account and have received your acceptance letter from the college.
- Google Account Disabled/Does Not Exist
- This issue is caused when our automation system does not create your account automatically.
- Please submit a ticket or give us a call at 520-206-4900, and we will create your account.
- Couldn't Sign You In/No Security Keys
- This issue occurs when your account is enrolled in Google's Advanced Protection Program.
- Please submit a ticket or give us a call at 520-206-4900, and we can disable this option or re-enroll you in the program.
