Staff may notice their job title is inaccurate on their Google profile card and/or their employee directory details. This may include misspellings and old or outdated titles. This usually indicates an incorrect entry in the Banner system.

Procedure

1. Confirm Misspelling:
   • Review your Google profile card and employee directory for the inaccurate job title.
2. Request Correction:
   • Email ESC-employee-processing@pima.edu with the correct title and request an update.
3. Verify Changes:
   • Once the HR team confirms the update, check your Google profile and employee directory to ensure the title is corrected.
