Enabling the Multi Call Window Feature in the Webex App

Introduction

If you make and answer a lot of calls throughout your work day or you manage multiple lines or shared lines, we've got just the thing for you. Just open the multi call window from Webex App. From there, you can make and answer calls, get a quick view of your line status, and easily access some common calling features, such as mute, hold, share, conference, park, barge, transfer, and record.

Steps to Take

  1. In the app header, click your profile picture. Go to Settings > Calling > Multi Call window.
  2. Choose one or both of the available options to turn on the Multi Call window:
    • Check the Turn on Multi Call window check box.
    • To use a keyboard shortcut, check the Use Ctrl + Shift + X to toggle Multi Call window on or off check box.
  3. Under Windows settings, check the Keep Multi Call window in front check box.
  4. Under Incoming calls, choose one of the following options:
    • Select Bring Multi Call window to front on incoming call.
    • Select Use default call notification.
  5. Click Save.
