Forwarding Calls Using the Webex App
Steps to Take
In the lower-left corner of the Webex App, click
Call Settings
, and then change from
Do Not Forward Calls
to the phone number to which you want your calls forwarded.
Before you can forward your phone to a new number, you must add the number by clicking
Open Call Preferences
.
Under Call Forward, click the plus sign, and then add the number to which you want to forward your calls. Be sure to type in the number exactly as you would dial it.
