Selecting a Ringtone on Your Cisco Phone

Details

You can select a ringtone that is different from the default one so you can tell from a distance whether it is your desk phone that is ringing.

Instructions

  1. Press Applications. Image of the Gear Icon to access Setting
  2. Navigate to User preferences.
  3. Navigate to Ringtone.
  4. Select an extension and scroll to a ringtone.
  5. Use one or more of the softkeys (below the display screen) as appropriate: 
    1. Press Play to preview the ringtone.
    2. Press Select to choose a ringtone.
    3. Press Set to confirm.
    4. Press Back three times or press Applications.
