Introduction
This article provides instructions for resetting or changing a VMWare Horizon account password. Users can access the platform directly at view.pima.tech or manage their account by visiting account.pima.tech.

VMWare Horizons is managed by the CIS department, NOT by IT. If you are unable to access VMWare after following these steps, contact it-coe-datacenter@pima.edu
To reset a VMWare Horizon account password, follow these steps:
- Access the Account Management Portal
- Enter Username
- Input the designated MyPima username. The username consists of the prefix preceding the domain in the college email address (excluding "@mail.pima.edu").
- Retrieve the Verification Code
- Open the college email account and locate the automated message containing the unique verification code.
- Enter the Verification Code
- Return to the account management portal at account.pima.tech and input the code retrieved from the email.
- Create a Password
- Input a new secure password that contains a minimum of eight characters and satisfies the following criteria:
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one numerical digit
- Contains at least one special character (such as @, #)
- Does not contain the username string
- Confirm the Password
- Verify the accuracy of the new password by entering the exact string again into the confirmation field.
